Standard shipping (Europe)

Complimentary standard delivery on all orders within Europe. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout. Apparel shipments outside Europe come with a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Any exceptions are labelled accordingly. All standard shipments are handled by the postal company in your region, which may include carriers such as DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Australia Post, Latvia Post or Royal Mail.

Available items will be dispatched immediately and are usually delivered within 2 – 8 business days. Please note that these delivery times are approximate values stated by our delivery partners and cannot be guaranteed. You will receive an email with a link to the track & trace information when your order has been shipped.

Express shipping (Worldwide)

All orders outside Europe are shipped via Express Courier, as are all framed orders. All express shipments or any shipment outside of EU are handled by DHL Express. The shipping fees range from 15 euro to 40 euro depending on the region. Any exceptions are labelled accordingly. For apparel we currently do not offer Express shipping.

Please note that orders outside of the EU may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery. 

Changes and cancellations

If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please contact orders@annebarlinckhoff.com with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible.

Kindly understand that we’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped, this goes for cancellation and address changes.

If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the delivery company. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges

The (framed) prints and apparel pieces are made on-demand — once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. Our commitment to sustainability drives us to create custom-made products on demand, reducing unnecessary waste and minimizing our environmental footprint. For this reason, all sales are final. Please make sure to check the sizes / specifications before you make your purchase. As we do not offer any returns, exchanges or cancellations, instead we encourage you to place a new order for the item you would like at annebarlinckhoff.com/store

If you encounter any issues, including damage, with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, including a clear photo and description of the concern and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
